DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail to deliver your parcels and for your peace of mind and ours, all parcels are sent on a tracked service. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout by parcel size & weight.  We have various delivery service options at checkout for Royal Mail.

All orders are processed within 1 working day and then despatched either the same day or the following day. Please allow extra time during busy periods. As soon as your order leaves us, you will be notified via email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive!) Should you not be home for your delivery, you will be able to reschedule the delivery using the card that your postman has left for you!

RETURNS

Something not quite right? No problem! Simply return, no questions asked within 14 days.

The only requirements we have is that the item (s) is received back to us by the 14th day, is unused, unworn, in the original packaging with ALL tags still intact. If your item shows signs of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason we will not process your refund.

When returning an item please include your packing slip so we know who it’s from. Please mail back to the address on your enclosed packing note.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding any initial postage costs) will be processed within 3 working days.
