Where are you based?

We are based in the UK, in a small village in Carmarthenshire, South Wales.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the UK mainland.

I live locally, can I collect instead of posting?

I'm afraid not. As an 'online only' business I don't have a physical shop so all orders have to be posted out/returns posted back.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, you do! If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to either re-schedule delivery, or details of how to collect from your local depot.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order

We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order!

Before contacting us, please double-check with your household and your neighbours to see if they signed for the parcel or picked it up on your behalf. Once you have done this please contact us so we can investigate further.

I just placed an order and I need to amend it

If you need to amend an order that you just placed through our website, you need to CONTACT US immediately with your changes, ideally within an hour. Unfortunately once your order is in the system we're unable to cancel it but you have 14 days from receiving it to send it back.

Do you offer gift wrap?

At this time we don't have the option to add gift wrap to orders.

I have a received faulty product, what do I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this! Please CONTACT us within 14 days of receiving, including any photos, or any other relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
