Where are you based?

We are based in the UK, in a small village in Carmarthenshire, South Wales.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the UK.

Do you provide a click & collect option?

I'm afraid not. As an 'online only' business I don't have a physical shop so don't have the facilities to provide a click & collect service.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, you do! If nobody is home to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to either re-schedule delivery, or details of how to collect from your local depot.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order

We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order!

Before contacting us, please double-check with your household and your neighbours to see if they signed for the parcel or picked it up on your behalf. Once you have done this you will need to contact Royal Mail direct so they can investigate further. You can contact them through the tracking link provided.

I just placed an order and I need to change it

If you need to change an order that you just placed through our website, you need to CONTACT US immediately with your changes. Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it.
We do our very best in attempting to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we can't make changes once the order has been fulfilled.

Do you offer gift wrap?

At this time we don't have the option to add gift wrap to orders.

I have a received faulty product, what do I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this! Please CONTACT us within 14 days of receiving, including any photos, or any other relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.
