We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, using their tracked 48hr delivery service. This is a tracked and signed for service, where you will receive an email or text notification from Royal Mail updating you of its progress. 1st class delivery is also available at checkout for expedited shipping.

Most orders are processed & despatched within 1-2 working days from order.
Please allow extra time during busy periods. As soon as your order leaves us, you will be notified via email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive!) Should you not be home for your delivery, you will be able to reschedule the delivery using the card that your postman has left for you!

For local customers who wish to collect, then you can collect from our office 6 days a week. Office opening hours are: Monday to Friday 10am-4.30pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm.

Closed on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

We can’t faciliate collections outside the times above, so if you can’t make it by closing time, then please opt for postage.

You will receive an email once it is ready to collect, but if you havent received an email after 48 hours then please just turn up.

Please collect within 7 days of placing your order.
