We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, using their tracked 48hr delivery service. This is a tracked and signed for service, where you will receive an email or text notification from Royal Mail updating you of its progress. 

Most orders are processed & despatched within 1-2 working days from order.
Please allow extra time during busy periods. As soon as your order leaves us, you will be notified via email. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive!) Should you not be home for your delivery, you will be able to reschedule the delivery using the card that your postman has left for you!

Something not quite right? No problem! Simply return for a refund within 14 days. *EXCLUDES Sale price items.

To qualify for a return the item (s) must be received back to us by the 14th day, is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with ALL tags intact. If when received back your item shows signs of wear or the tags have been removed for any reason we will not process your refund and the item will be posted back to you. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (excluding any initial postage costs) will be processed within 3 working days.
